I am looking to meet some of the "top or best" lenders in the Dallas area and would love to just talk to them and pick their brains on lending and credit. I am an Veteran and eligible for the VA home loan. Lunch is on me!! Any suggestions on the recommended people to connect to or talk too would be great?

Hey, Obviously I was not paying attention to my own posts. Plus, I have been busy moving and settling in the DFW area. If I was to find the right partner, I would treat the partnership to a 50/50 equity stake. Does that sound responsible? I am open to ideas and suggestions or just connecting with like minded people.

My name is Jay McCreary I am new to Bigger Pockets and just recently moved to the DFW area last week from  Richmond, Va. My amazing girlfriend has been lucky enough to take an associate pastor position at a church in Richardson, TX. We are both very excited for the opportunities that lay ahead for us.
