@James Carlson thanks for putting together the details on this as I had caught wind of this initiative. I'll be curious to see how this pans out. Although a little more cost and effort than not having a licensed system, it seem relatively nominal and not a major issue in my opinion. But, I don't house hack or rent by the room so I don't have feedback to your actual question - I'll leave that to others!

Hello! I'm looking to invest in long term rentals in Abilene TX and wanted to get some references for good property managers in that area. I would really appreciate any referrals as well as some thoughts on what you have liked about working with them. Thanks in advance!
