I would start by narrowing your focus to figure out what you want to do. After that, I'd look for someone already doing what you want to do in your area. Are you wanting to flip? BRRR? Wholesale? Show them that you can add value to their operation and the experience you get, and network you build in that time, will turn into dollars. This way you are able to get both experience and cash. Save that cash and with the experience you gain, you will be able to invest.

Although this sounds hard, this can be done in a relatively short time if you work hard. And at 20, congrats on wanting to invest at such a young age! You are headed in the proper direction.

Wednesdays or Fridays would be great. Downtown LA would be a good central place to meet. I'm new to BiggerPockets but would love to start meeting in person to network.
