Thanks so much for all your inputs.I greatly appreciate it! Keller Williams had been been ringing the bell for me as well lately but I am definitely still actively searching which best fit for me. 

Just finished my online school (Real Estate Express) and I am currently in line to do my final test then to get my licensure exam and license. Coming from sales, marketing, then to medical field and a professional photo/videographer (on weekends), Real Estate is a totally new world to me. Although, it's been in the back of my head to be in this industry for the last 10 years. I've finally got a chance to get in. Anyone have advices on the NV exam and also I am not sure yet which brokerage to join to. I do want to join a brokerage that has an outstanding training for a newbie like me to be able to duplicate myself with the top ranking agents. Would love to connect with local Rockstars to point me on the right path. Thanks in advance.
