Looking to find persons that know the area and that cheap is not always the best way. Am looking to start targeting houses that may need more than paint. And so an understanding of what is worthwhile and ect is needed as well as the capacity to perform what is needed.

Yes, Dave is the one I have talked to. HE is telling me that there in Minneapolis is the hottest place for now? I think they buy and fix and then sell. He sounds credible and has offered to find house and then get estimates for the repairs and let me fund the repairs to save some money and ect.
Thank you

Ask the builder if he would be willing to pay for a introduction lead if it turns into a deal?. Very simple! either take cash, wait until the project is finished and sold and get more cash or a %.
If he says no then ask the investor if he is willing to share if it turns out to be a good lead and the same questions to him.
2 no"s means all bark and no bite! Runaway!
Another suggestion. You can look for a realtor or poperty manager co and get them to visit the builder and see if they can get a listing after the project is built. If they can then they will be happy to pay you !

Looking for 2 excellent location duplexes, prefer 3b2b on each side. And 2b1b for one is ok. For rental or owner occupied.
3b must be able to qualify for va loan. Will consider excellent candidate for repair.

Have contacted two people, on this site, representing themselves to be knowledgeable and well versed in the Kansas city market area for housing and ect. Both have elaborate websites and ect. Both tell a good word story. Both do not return duplicate calls or emails.
I am looking to invest in the area and probly move there soon. I would like to make contact with someone that gets things done and knows how to do things. Very familiar with the area and ect as to the housing investments. I have found some leads I would like to have followed up on and would like guidance as to the market and ect there. If you are really an investor and know what is what I would like to hear from you!
