I wanted to see if anyone had a plan or strategy of getting Realtors on board w/ locating properties for investors w/out having to chase after them and not spook at every bump......Oh and one who wants to leave there office/house and list properties.

I would need to look at the project to give you a good number. I wish that was an easy question but, I need sq.ft. of the area you want to heat, floorplans, the type of system you want, how many sier, etc.

I have never installed a chiller but I saw it on "This Old House" and it seemed to work fairly well acording to the show.

If you like you could e-mail a floorplan to us and we could get you some good numbers.

Here you can ask any question you might have on code/inspection, pricing, what to do's, what not to do's, how to, etc. If your an investor or just a do it yourself type of person. We can answer any questions you might have. Or just come and brag about good deals you found or tricks you have learned.
