Finding motivated Realtors????

Question

I wanted to see if anyone had a plan or strategy of getting Realtors on board w/ locating properties for investors w/out having to chase after them and not spook at every bump......Oh and one who wants to leave there office/house and list properties.

I am a licensed agent that deals primarily with investors.  I am, however, currently just serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  I wasn't sure by your post if you were looking in general or in just the Houston area.  I am continuously looking for investment properties for a number of different buyers in the area.  You can send me the information on what types of properties that you look for, and I can keep my eye out for you.  Should we find a property that suits your needs, we can sign a buyer's agreement for the specific property so that you are not locked into having me as your agent for all your purchases.  That way you don't feel like I am trying to monopolize getting commissions on any property that you look for.  I would only expect something if I give something first.  You get what you pay for.  Finding a win-win scenario for the long-term, not just the one time purchase, is the goal.  I can also list properties for you, and be active in that process.  I am also a licensed home inspector, so I do not spend much time in my office.  As a buyer's agent, I am not able to be both an inspector and an agent in the same transaction.  However, with my knowledge and experience as an inspector, I would be able to find possible potential issues in the subject property prior to you buying it that a traditional agent might not be able to provide.  If I am your agent, I will always advise my clients to get an inspection.  However, if I look at a property and see something that I know is going to be an issue of concern, then I will let you know prior to getting it inspected so that you would not have to incur that cost.

Again, looking at the long-term win-win, and not just the quick buck.
