Looking for a Minnesota real estate attorney that can answer buy and hold investment questions. I am also looking for a tax Accountant/ advisors that can guide my real estate business.

I have a property in shakopee Mn and savage Mn currently. I am looking in my current area to expand. At the same time I would like to consider other locations, maybe out of the country.

Does anyone know where I can find a checklist of what is deductible when being a buy and hold investor? I m looking for any guidance that is out there to start getting documents, reciepts and invoices inline.

I have a 2 yer lease and I am collecting rent from my tenannt through cozy!! I appreciate all of the feedback!! I am so greatfull to be apart of this community!!

Apreciate it!!

I listed my first SFH and it is officially rented. Im wondering about how to get rent automatically deposit in my account?

Also, would you have a separate account just for real-estate??

I appreciate your comments!!

@Nicole Obregon I Would go with my gut as well as require him put the 1st and last months rent in advance. This situation was discussed in today’s episode on the #biggerpocketpodcats
