what do you want to do with the house  flip it wholesale it or rented

the title is under the mothers name and she is deceased title never got changed over to her daughters

however the  two daughters are not talking to each other

how can I go about getting the house under control

sheriff sale is for june 7th

once I check title do we go thru the reg process of buying the house and taxes get paid at closing

if the owner already got the eviction notice does that mean that the state has a lien on the house

owner is ready to move just wants me to pay taxes and help her move by giving her a small payment
