From what I understand, you can only have 1 FHA loan out at a time. Assuming you've lived in the property for over a year, you can refinance or sell the property and get a new FHA loan.

Hi @Michelle Puklin, you may want to check out Real People Realty. Not sure if that's the type of arrangement you're looking for, but they charge a small monthly fee and a flat fee of each transaction.
