Morning everyone! Today I will be going to my first tax foreclosure auction just to observe, take notes and hopefully network.I am not to sure what to expect, but I am really excited . I was hoping you pros out there could give me some good tips, pointers or any other advice to help me succeed while being there just to learn. I am still gaining the knowledge and skills I need to land my first deal and any information is much appreciated!

Hello everyone! My name is JD Dennis, I am 23 years old and I am originally from Bend, Oregon. My fiancé and I recently moved to Everett, Washington to open a business and lay down some roots. I love to do anything outdoors, particularly in the snow, I drink way to much coffee and have a huge passion for aviation. I am currently seeking my private pilot license and will continue on to become a commercial pilot. I am a complete newbie when it comes to real estate, but I look forward to learning, growing and gaining knowledge through all you great people at BiggerPockets! I have been listening to the podcast for the past couple months now and it is absolutely blowing my mind. I am also making my way through Rich Dad Poor Dad for the first time and that is just opening my eyes to a whole new world that I didn't even think was possible. I am very excited to get started in real estate and at the moment I am trying to line up my first deal. Please don't hesitate to reach out or give any advice (which I definitely need).
