Newbie from Washington!
Hello everyone! My name is JD Dennis, I am 23 years old and I am originally from Bend, Oregon. My fiancé and I recently moved to Everett, Washington to open a business and lay down some roots. I love to do anything outdoors, particularly in the snow, I drink way to much coffee and have a huge passion for aviation. I am currently seeking my private pilot license and will continue on to become a commercial pilot. I am a complete newbie when it comes to real estate, but I look forward to learning, growing and gaining knowledge through all you great people at BiggerPockets! I have been listening to the podcast for the past couple months now and it is absolutely blowing my mind. I am also making my way through Rich Dad Poor Dad for the first time and that is just opening my eyes to a whole new world that I didn't even think was possible. I am very excited to get started in real estate and at the moment I am trying to line up my first deal. Please don't hesitate to reach out or give any advice (which I definitely need). Welcome to BP. You will find this site very helpful.
I have to friends who are commercial pilots and they both put themselves through training to get there so I know it can be done.
So now there are two things you know can be done commercial pilot and real estate investing.
