I have been given a new sense of hope for myself and my family. I have never came across a place where I know that the knowledge I am gaining can be used in so many ways to create success in my life. That is what this site has given me, a good kick in the pants to open up my mind and do good things with it.

Its nice to see that when someone creates a channel of opportunity and information to people, they are not asking anything in return monetarily. I respect what you have created here and hope I keep learning more and more everyday. I cant get myself away from here. Great work Joshua!!!!

Great work Justin. Seems like you had all of the pieces to the puzzle put together to make the right deal. I am learning so much from you and people that have great success stories on here. Keep it up and hopefully I will be following in suite very soon.

I got a little ahead of myself in my post I see, as I did not open the post by Josh with first post instructions. I am located just outside of St. Louis, MO on the Illinois side of the Mississippi River.

Hello All. I am new to the board, just signed up a few days ago. I am already learning so many things that I never knew existed in the real estate investment market. My father and I have purchased a few REO homes and flipped for a profit in the past, but I am beginning to see that there are better ways during this current foreclosure crisis to go about this.
Anyway, I will not get long winded on my first post but thank you all for your help and information. I look forward to reading whats new on here every opportunity I can get.
