Hey Guys,

Can you tell me what you think are good terms for "Gap Funding" and are "Joint Ventures" necessary when getting "Gap Funding". Feel free to talk about other options.

Thanks

Jean-Frank

Great advice Rick.

I've actually reached out to the local REIA and I'm signing up for the next meet up.

That's so true.. I had a broker who i won't name walk me right into a scam that I'm still trying to recover from which led me to do all the ground work myself and to BP.

So now i research as much as i can and get the opinion of great investors such as yourselves.

Thanks again.

Thanks Gents,

As per Charlie's suggestion i asked them to provide me with their state or NMLS licesne numbers.

Lets see what happens next. I hope they are legit because the loan terms work perfectly for my situation.
