The market will almost always be hot because it is so close to SF and is so much cheaper.  Out of towners come here and buy up everything

I am negotiating the price as we speak. @Dennis Lanni if there is enough meat on the bones I'll call or email you.  Maybe i should've waited to post but just wanted to see who would respond. @Aaron Mazzrillo I don't know how to legally lock it up that's why I am going to give to someone for cheap to show me the process.(my way of providing value)  Hopefully we can come to an agreement
