Hello all.  New here and new to the industry.  In the process of getting my license and will then work part-time.  A lot of questions come to mind.  But generally, what is the success rate in this industry, it seems like everyone is doing this.  How hard is it to break into the business?  Have any stories/advice/tips to share?  Let's start a meaningful discussion.  Thanks in advance.
