Hi Jean

  1. Thank you and I will check into that. It just comes as such a shock when you have worked for employers and they pay a big portion. I guess I will just chalk it up to the cost of doing business.

Thanks for your input

I am just curious as to how some of you seasoned investors maintain health insurance for yourself and your families? Are most of you "risking it", have spouses with insurance, paying outrageous deductibles ? I am still in the initial stages of building up a passive cash flow, but I can see this being a big obstacle in the future when I decide to go full time REI. Any thoughts or solutions would be appreciated !

Hello Jenny and Nick

Happy to have you here on the site. I am a sort of newbie myself, I have been around Real Estate for a while but never got real serious until this year and realized that I want to have a better life for my family and figured I had better get started. That seemed to me the hardest part ! I don't know how far along you are but I would encourage you to find a (good deal)  and jump in with both feet. It is so easy to find excuses for why you shouldn't do it, or think you are not capable but you are ! Congrats on making the commitment and don't get overwhelmed by all the information on this site. Just be smooth and steady with your learning .
