if they meet your minimum qualifications, I think you have to rent to them.  Like has been said,  set stricter qualifications,  have longer times to re lease. 

  I rent in c class areas, although I buy only value add houses, and renovate before renting, if they qualify,  its theirs.  To tell the truth I've had people I really didn't want to rent to end up being great, and people I was sure were great be awful.  So if they qualify, they get it.

For some reason,  bp won't let me respond to your message.  Wednesday mornings, 830 am Athens restaurant  in  canton  has breakfast, it's sponsor is screia,  Wednesday nights we have what's called winners dinner, it started on bigger pockets, Right now, it's at mccalls  in canton south. It starts about  6, very informal.  I think  9 am maybe  930, breakfast at the waterloo in akron.  It's sponsor is acreia,  stark county real Estate  investors association  has a monthly meeting,  I think it's the 4th Tuesday of the month,  akron  canton  real Estate investors  association  is like the 3rd Wednesday.  If you need any more info  text me 3303543856
