I have a realtor sending me info on condos and properties in the area. I am having a hard time finding anything in my price range that will give me a good return. I am looking at spending between 250 and 300k with around 100 or 120k down and it still seems like there is a lot of risk dealing with the off season, HOA prices, and then management. But I have not been to the area to actually look at anything yet. Have you had any luck?

Does anybody have any vacation/rental property in Destin Florida? Looking for any advice on location, unit size, beds,baths any tips for best bang for your buck. I probably will have around 90-110k for down payment. Any advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.
