So proud of my man @Joe Prillaman. This guy is absolutely crushing it down here, and teaching me everything he knows along the way! 

I couldn't ask for a better mentor and friend! With joes knowledge, book recommendations and guidance, I've gone from knowing nothing about real estate to saving up for our first house hack in about 6 months. My wife and I are looking to do the same STR game in Asheville, NC. I can't tell you how many coffee dates I've had with Joe just listening and answering all of my questions.

I'm super interested in your point. Do you mind elaborating? I've had a similar experience in that good deals are hard to find on the MLS. Where do you see Asheville spreading? My wife and I are moving there in a few months so I'd love to find out more!
