Hi All,

I'm looking to make my first remote investment in Fort Wayne due to all the great things I have been hearing about it. Any advice or referrals for my team (agent, lender, property manager) would be greatly appreciated!

Jeff

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for a good handyman to handle miscellaneous repairs (not full rehabs or make ready projects) on my rentals in the Fort Worth area.  Someone with some technological aptitude would be nice as I'm out of state and require pictures of completed work. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated!

Jeff

Hi Ronald! Thanks for the feedback. I'm looking in Forth Worth for single family residences (B or above) between $100k and $150k using conventional financing that can cash flow and have 15% - 20% equity once rent ready.  I would appreciate your project manager referrals. Especially the one with a  book of contractors.

Hi,

I am new to Bigger Pockets and have decided to invest in the Dallas/Fort Worth as my market. I am an out of state investor so I am building my team to hopefully BRRR my first property this year. Any recommendations for contractors and property management companies would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Jeff

Hi Cody.  Is this still available?

Looking for property management in the Fort Worth and Dallas areas. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
