You could prob get the DP at 20%, but you'd likely pay another .5% on the loan. Might make since if this were a flip or BRRRR and you weren't holding the orig mortgage for long. I haven't done it this way. Curious if others have who read this.

I’m considering small multi family properties as an option. What are your thoughts on the BP multi family (or other) bootcamps? Would love to hear from anyone who has done one, the benefits, value, hidden perks, downsides, etc.
