Great advice I appreciate the response! We are in the midst of picking our target markets we just have wholesalers sending us these leads but once we have that criteria it’ll allow us to focus on the deals that fit. Again thanks for the input 🙏🏼 much appreciated

By the way, you're located in one of the best markets in the country and between North and South Carolina, you have some of the best markets available all within an easy drive.

 Yes fortunately we do!

Thanks for the input!

@Jeffrey Donis, Thank you for asking this.  My perception of TikTok was high school and college kids.  25% of users are 18-24, 25% 25-34, and 25% 45-64 (that's a huge surprise to me).  https://www.businessofapps.com...

I would be anxious to hear your results if you go forward, but I imagine most companies looking for accredited investors steer clear.  What will get views typically is going to be counter to building trust and showing responsibility.

Good point! Thanks for the input!

I think it could be great for brand exposure, but I'm skeptical of how many high quality leads you will get. I personally would put more time into Linkedin and Bigger Pockets than Tik Tok.

I agree, thanks for the input!

  • 3. Diverse economy
  • 4. Labor participation rate at or above national average
  • 5. High relative cap rates
  • 6. Pro-business, pro-landlord climate
  • 7. Limited risk from climate change
  • 8. Close enough to home for you to oversee easily (one-day round-trip preferred)
  • 9. “Anchor” is a bonus – not necessary, but great to have. Avoid bad anchors, though

Thanks Jeffrey!

No problem!

Best of luck!

As mentioned previously, most of our investors are looking for at least 10% COC.

As previously mentioned, I recommend getting an operating agreement together and having an attorney take a look at it. Can never be too safe!
