K.I.S.S. is definitely a strategy I plan on implementing throughout my real estate endeavors. The lending side of this business is where I currently find myself the least comfortable with!

I am Jeffrey from Farmers Branch (suburb in DFW) but grew up in Houston, TX. Go 'Stros! I played Division 1 college baseball at Prairie View A&M University. After PVAMU, I attended Texas A&M University and received my Masters in AgriBusiness I am a full time Liquids Scheduler and Inventory Control Analyst for an oil & gas company. 

One of my very good friends and BiggerPockets members, Michael Pittman introduced me to the BP Podcast and since listening to my first episode, I have become obsessed. Researching and learning about real estate investing seems to be the only thing that I find myself doing in my spare time. 

I am brand new to this, but I find myself drawn to the potential that multifamily investing offers. I am 1 week in to my 90 day challenge of analyzing 1 property everyday for 90 days and I cant get enough. I plan on starting with small multifamily properties and then build my way up to larger multifamily investments.  My goal for this year is to put my motto "Don't talk about it, be about it" into action and purchase at least 1 multifamily property.

Definitely excited to be here and I look forwarded to learning, growing and building relationships with y'all!
