@John Bowen Is there a Kelly Blue Book for RVs and trailers? ... Although KBB doesn't valuate used RVs, there is a similar service that does. It's called NADA, or the National Automobile Dealers' Association, and they list prices and values for motorhomes, travel trailers, and even truck campers and park models. Hope this helps

Hi Everyone,
I have an opportunity to buy one or several mobile home notes. They range from $5000 to 23,000 with an interest rate of 12% across the board. The seller is trying to raise capital for expansion. Assuming the notes I am looking at pass due diligence would I ask for a discount on the notes and if so how much? And does anyone know of any books on buying notes?
Thank you

Thank you Rich for your reply. I'm kinda stuck on the little park vs large park thing. I can buy a small park or finance a big one and it seems the numbers run about the same when you factor in debt service. The first park is the scary one.

Thank you for your post.

Thank you for your post Rich, I live in California for now so that's not doable. However I like the small park idea too. Do you think you make more cash flow out of those two parks one park?
