I got my first property under contract yesterday in Brockway, PA. However, I'm located in Metro Detroit, MI. I'm so happy and excited that I actually got a property under contract, but I'm kind of scrambling on how to find a buyer. If anyone has any tips on what I should do next or to find a buyer I would GREATLY appreciate it!!

Hey! New member here, my name is Jen. I'm based out of the metro Detroit area. I'm 22 and looking to start getting into real estate. I'm thinking starting out with wholesaling, I think that best fits me with where I am in my life at the current moment. I joined Bigger Pockets to possibly connect with other people in m area or just on here and learn as much as I possibly can. I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast for awhile now, and I finally took the step and created an account on here. Real estate is always something that interested me, and I feel there is no better time than now to start getting involved in it. I'm excited to see where this journey will lead me, and I hope to be able to connect with some of you and eventually add some of my knowledge and experience myself!
