Does an investor in a syndication get a K-1 every year?

I used to have a condo on Market st near the convention center. I did VRBO and it was the easiest money ever, once you get a system going. You should consider doing that until the law goes into affect.

@Cody L. Sounds like NNN would be the way to go. How did you find your deal?

@Tushar Radke We are mainly looking for cash flow and some Growth. We are thinking about multi family properties. What we don’t want is another job, so no flipping. I’m not sure we’re ready to dive into commercial yet. We are not big risk takers. We want to be able to sleep at night and have as much passive income as possible.

@Jim K. I already am married to one :-)

I'm looking to invest out of state since San Diego is super expensive.

If we were to have $500k cash available to invest, what strategy could we use to get the maximum passive cashflow. Looking for ideas with and without leverage.

I was fed up with my property manager. She never lets me know what's going on, payments are never on time and she never follows up on any questions that I may have. I informed her that I no longer needed her services and now she sends me a list of all these items that were never discussed with me, were not on the statements and she has gone back and added them.

What are my rights and what legal action can I take?
