Is there a reason why you think you WOULDN'T want to do it? My logic is that if you are financing your renovation and include windows in the repair, then what you would be paying per month for new windows is negligible, probably only $50 difference in the overall mortgage. When you think of paying for them yourself out of pocket, each window will run you $120+ for parts, not to mention labor. Brick and block homes are much more difficult to replace windows than siding homes, so the labor would be more there too.
Plus, you'll have a more energy efficient home, so you may qualifying for tax rebates for replacing them.
Are you looking for a company that sells windows, installs them or both?

@ Mark Melo I've lived in Jacksonville for about 15 years now. It really depends on the type of investing you want to do that will determine the area you want to focus on. The Springfield area has some beautiful Victorian homes that you just won't find anywhere else in the city. There is a very thin line between those homes and the ghetto, so feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
