Welcome to the group.  Jacksonville is crazy hot right now!  Everyone on BP has been super helpful. Don't be afraid to reach out if you need anything.  I'm in search of my first investment right now while also studying for my real estate license. I also Admin a Facebook group for NE florida real estate professionals who aren't (although some are) BP members.  Networking is key because even though they may not help you find the property you need, and they will help you fix it, management, selling it, the list goes on and on. It's essential to get your team in place as soon as possible!

I am in need of a GC, preferably one that is familiar with 203k loans although that is not mandatory.  Any recommendations for the Jacksonville, Fl area are greatly appreciated!

I have an LLC that I established to use for my real estate Investments. My husband and I just bought a second home for us to move to. I would like to keep my original home for rental income but transfer the title to my LLC. Has anyone ever done this?

is the inspection report something you can use to renegotiate and get a lower price for the house?  Can you partner with a contractor to get an estimate on repair?
