Come enjoy a cup of coffee and talk real estate with other like minded real estate investors who all want the same thing - more passive income.

This meet up is for those who want to grow their rental portfolios and make new contacts in a casual setting during the day. There will be no presentations or speakers, just pure networking, meeting new people and sharing ideas.

You'll meet investors who invest in WA, others who invest primarily out of state, some who prefer single family homes, and others who buy apartments or commercial properties.

Anyone is free to attend, and with no set agenda you can show up and leave whenever you need.

Meeting Space: The food court at the Alderwood Mall is the perfect location (Thanks to Tam's suggestion) for us, there's tons of parking, its centrally located, and tons of seating. You can find us by the exterior doors near the fireplaces.

Please RSVP on Meet Up so we can get an idea of how many to expect.

Join us in Spokane for a fun weekend of networking, real estate education and market exploration.

WHAT IS THIS EVENT ABOUT?

Over the course of three jam packed days, you'll learn about why Spokane is a great place to invest, network with your fellow attendees, experience all that the city has to offer, and build relationships with local market experts who can help you invest.

You'll end the weekend feeling energized and inspired, with new friends and connections. If you decide to invest in Spokane, you can invest with confidence having learned about the area and built a relationship with local market experts who provide the services you'll need.

This is not an event with sales pitches or run to the back of the room pressure tactics, we are all about education and relationship building.

Who Is This Event For?

This event is for those that want to be inspired and educated, want to learn more about investment opportunities in Spokane, and plain and simple: who want to own more real estate.

We emphasize multi-unit properties and apartments, but we also talk about commercial and development opportunities as well.

What We'll Do

Our mission for this event is to educate, connect, and inspire.

Each day will be made up of engaging presentations from some of the brightest minds in real estate, interactive activities where you can experience the city, and networking events where you'll get to know your fellow attendees.

On the Saturday's bus tour, we'll drive through several neighborhoods and tour different types of multi-unit properties that are either on or off market.

Thanks for the mention @Nghi Le

Hey @Jordan Radke, I'm a Pacific Northwest native that has been investing in WA since 2007, but when the market shifted in 2016 I started building investment teams in other cities (and in Eastern WA) to diversify and get more cash flow. I now help investors do the same, and what seems to be working the best right now is SFR BRRR's in the midwest along with value add multi-family properties.

As Nghi mentioned we have two different local meet ups if you're interested in learning more about what options are available for investing out of state.

Are you looking to scale up your rental portfolio, invest out of state, or just curious where other investors are having success? Then this is one meet up you'll want to attend.

This month we'll be going over case study examples from investors who are killing it with 2-4 unit properties, in state and out of state.

We'll go over the reasons why 2-4 unit properties just may be the perfect investment, how these property types offer multiple exit strategies, what to look for when buying, owner occupied options, how they can be BRRR'd, opportunities to achieve higher rents through state run programs, why tenants love them, how easy they are to build and much more!

In addition to learning all about 2-3 unit properties, we'll have plenty of time for networking with fellow die hard investors all looking to replace active income with passive income through real estate investing.

What to bring: Business cards for networking and pen and paper for taking notes.

Snacks and water will be served.

We're starting off the New Year with an amazing guest speaker for our January meet up:

Starting first with single family homes, Tamar Mar has been investing in real estate for over 15 years.

After spending 20 years in the start up arena, Tamar decided to leave her corporate environment career to pursue investing in real estate and businesses.

This year she has shifted her focus to under performing apartment complexes in Washington State and has completed renovations on several projects, achieving high returns and increased valuations.

Tamar will be sharing her best resources for transitioning out of corporate and into full time investing, how to underwrite deals in today's market, how she goes about renovating entire apartment complexes, and much more!

RSVP to secure your spot!

For November's meet up, we're going to focus on the investment opportunities that exist in Spokane, WA.

More employment opportunities & a higher quality of life are causing people to move to Spokane, and we believe it is a great city to invest in.

Did you know that Spokane is the second largest city in the State, that it has multiple industries, a diverse job market, 6 colleges, two medical schools, Fairchild Airforce Base, a low cost of living, over 40,000 healthcare related jobs and a new (2.5 million sf) Amazon Fulfillment center coming in 2019?

Spokane's rental rates have increased a staggering 6% YOY, as compared to the City of Seattle which has decreased 4.5%.

For those who want to continue to invest in Washington State, but want to achieve a higher rate of return than Western Washington, Spokane is a great option!

During the meet up we'll be covering all of the economics and data about Spokane, and share some case study examples on properties our members have purchased, and other deals that are available now.

Note: This meet up will be at Caliber Home Loans in Bothell in their large meeting space downstairs.

**Please RSVP on Meet Up as we have a limited number of seats available**
