Hi Mike,

I know this post was from a few months ago I’m just seeing it and not sure if you’re still looking. I’m in the Delray area and do have an investment property that’s being run as an ALF in Wellington not sure if you’re looking to go that direction as I know you mentioned wanting to house hack but just wanted to throw it out there and if you would like more details let me know and I can send you over the details. It just hit the market right under 2 weeks ago.

Hi Dana! I live close to Delray and my husband and I who are both realtors love it! As far as living a prosperous healthy happy life there is no other place we would live other than south Florida unless we went somewhere in Europe. The dream is to one day do half the year here half the year in Europe :) Also, I’m not sure what kind of investment properties you are looking for but I do have a new listing that’s a licensed ALF duplex.
