Hello Bigger Pockets community. Im new to REI. I've had very expensive training and have put everything in to place. I was hoping to hear some suggestions from seasoned investors or even a newbie who started out in the same situation as myself. I want to be active in wholesaling and flipping properties but have exhausted all my savings and have average credit. In hindsight, I now realize what I should have done to better equip myself. I'm told I can still make this happen regardless of my lack of credit and start-up. I've put myself out there as a property finder because I have the training and have spent months looking at properties. I've joined online groups and the local REI group. Is it just a waiting game or is there something else I can do to start moving forward right now ? Thank you in advance for any suggestions

There are many legal websites that offer knowledge in this area and the contracts you would need. Google wholesaling contracts

Don't get discouraged Joey. The best thing you can do is continue to educate yourself. Both nationally and in your home state. Bigger Pockets is absolutely excellent . You can find a lot of info on FB forums as well. Go to some local REI meetings. By no means feel discouraged. Nothing illegal in wholesaling if it's done correctly . Granted, laws vary state to state and your obligated to know your state laws, but I believe if you're honest and run your business morally , you will be fine. Feel free to contact me anytime Find me on FB Good luck

Thank you for sharing that ! I'm an aspiring 'new' investor. I know all the studying has entailed 14 hour days .. I wouldn't think it would be any less later down the road! Thanks again!
