My investor (two partners) is very actively searching for Mixed-use development opportunity in prime Brooklyn (Downtown, Williamsburg, Bed Stuy/Crown Heights, etc) or Manhattan. Budget/sf will vary depending on neighborhood and potential, and can be all-cash depending on deal.
Must haves:
- Mixed-use zoning ideally residential with ground floor commercial
- Between 40,000-100,000 square foot buildable
