This sounds like something I would be interested in. As a new investor, meeting people active in the industry and seeing something first had could be quite beneficial.

There are some pretty good goals up here. I for one would like to flip at least 3 homes this year. I am in the process of looking for my first property (I have to remind myself to be at least a little patient).

Thanks guys! I have been to a few meetups over the last couple months. I would like to find a few more. I am excited to meet new like minded people.

I am a new investor in the San Diego area and I am looking to get active in flipping and wholesaling houses. I have read many of the articles that have been posted on this site and the twitter page and I am ready to get started!
