Hello, I am a truck driver in Vermont. I got into learning about real estate to help my wife and mother inlaw with a headache property they have had for years. They don't know a lot about real estate or landlording so trying to get as much information from this site as I can to help them. I have lots of time to listen to the podcast and I have listen to all of them, most of them twice, now going to use the site to fill in the holes.

Are they dogs that live outside ( hunting dogs) if so how close are the neighbors? If so the grass will be gone well either way. Eight dogs inside no way.

Looking for sites that I can move a property since realtors don't want to touch it.

If you own the property is it easier to subdivide then refinance one or the lots, or can you refinance, then subdivide the property.
