@Mark Fries I use American Electric and have always had great service. You will be paying market rates as they are a larger company. I have also had good luck with  jaxelectrician.com.   Best of luck.

I have a lead in Panama City. It is a bit too far from my house to be effective. I am looking for a JV, Partnership or maybe even just wholesale. Please reach out if this is your market.

I wear many hats and one is of RE broker. I primarily work with investor and investment companies to identify good investment properties in and around Jacksonville Florida. I become increasingly frustrated when deals are passed on for a number of reasons. The first of two major reasons for my frustration is that I don't understand why an investor would pass on a great deal (I now know that there is more to a deal than the surface numbers) and second reason for frustration is when an investor passes on a deal I have researched I cannot take advantage of my own hard work. This has to change! I am hopeful with BP and other resources I will be able to start capitalizing on my base knowledge and work towards buying RE for myself and reaping the benefits that owning RE has.

@Jonathan Wooten Thanks for bringing up this topic. I was just pondering the same thing. As I don't have much to lend to the conversation now I am interested in hearing what others are saying.

Call the reConstruction team. Feel free to name drop. They are local and can take care of anything from door locks to full renovations.
