Hi @Michael Noto, any update on this project? After stabilization do you help to find a reputable local PM, or will you continue to manage?

Hi @Erica Law and welcome! Sorry I'm late to the party, I just saw this thread. I am just across the river in sunny Middletown. My journey in REI has also just begun (featuring a ton of reading and podcasts), but let me know if you want to bounce any ideas around.
Hope to see you at the Rocky Hill meet up!

Thank you for additional welcoming and all the information. There is a lot of good stuff here I will have to go through. I love the podcasts by the way, they are actually what got me to the forums (which seems backwards I know).
@Phelim Lennon, thank you for the offer. I would love to get involved in local meet ups, I will try and make either the Rocky Hill or Manchester meet up either this or next month.

Hello Everyone,
I am new to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself. I am an insurance employee from the central Connecticut area, looking to begin my education in real estate. I am working my way through Brandon's free beginner course and have read the Ultimate Beginner Guide. I am interested in passive income at this point. During my initial phase of learning the foundation to real estate investment I am doing my best to keep an open mind to other strategies as well.
I will do my best to use the search function in the forums to avoid posting something you have all seen 234,205 times. There is so much to learn, I am excited to get started!
Thanks!
Jeremy
