We just sold our 3rd house to investors in March 2015 (that makes 29 investment houses sold for the year so far) and the company’s profit objectives for the program have been realized. I have been instructed by my CEO to remove the “guarantee” language from all my investor marketing channels. We will still talk with investors who are already aware of the guarantee deal, but will not approach anyone new about it. Soon the door will be closed on doing any more investor sales with guarantees in 2015; we will offer property management only.

I put my money where my mouth is, new construction with guaranteed rents from Countryside in Virginia. Got about $60000 in equity in it now and cash flowing till 2019 when I will make a sell/keep decision. Sweet deal!
