A new real estate investor walks into my place of business and I missed the opportunity to connect. He is my age and just closed on his first rental property. I did get him an account set up and I did save him a lot of money to fix up his rental but what I really wanted was that connection. (His sales are good for me too though). I did mention that I'm an inspiring investor and still looking to get my first deal. He didn't seem too interested and I stopped trying to get more information. My question is, what are some good questions to get people going? I don't want to miss out on anymore opportunities.

Allen Felker I've seen you post on a few different threads now and I'm interested in how you got to wholesaling? I read your profile but how did your first deal look? And how did you get that deal? Marketing?

Adrienne Bryson I see you're in High Point, have attended any of the REÍA events in the area?

Keith Goodwine John Anderson this is the first time seeing this. I did a little research and it seems like it has to do with bank owned houses. Can you elaborate more on transactional funding with wholesaling?

I followed this criteria and my list was over 38k. Are you sending mail to all these people or just a portion of the list? The whole list cost is almost $8,000 for me. 

I've already done one introduction but I took over a year off of BiggerPockets forums and real estate so I wanted to reintroduce myself. I am an inspiring real estate investor from Nashville TN area. Currently living in Greensboro, NC. Long term goal is to buy and hold multi-family. As of now I am trying to get into wholesaling.
