I want to be an Exceptional Wholesaler and so I need my Due Diligence to be Solid!

I heard that Agents have access to The Most Reliable Data so what all can they see that can help me?

If it can help me gain a Great Reputation and Close Great deals I won't hesitate to generously and fairly compensate them for that.

I heard of the MLS showing accurate Comparable House Sales and therefore ARV but what else does it show with 100% or Close Accuracy and is there anything beyond the MLS they have access to?

As a Wholesaler I meet some Investors who don't send POF's they give reasons like they send only to sellers and/or send to wholesalers after they close on a Deal.

Are these valid excuses or something else?
