I found a property I think will work for my first BRRRR investment. I would love to hear feedback on when you get contractors to tour the property. Do you include an option period in your offer and have the contractors come out to quote the job at that time? And do you wait for the quotes before you contact the hard money lender?

I would do it. There would be so many benefits outside of just the cash flow.
