welcome to bigger pockets!!! I went to one of thans 3 day seminars here in Phoenix as well. Knew it seemed to good to be true. You will find more realistic info here on bigger pockets. I've also learned a lot from the podcasts. Check them it when you get a chance!

Hi bob! I'm a newbie here as well and and recently moved to Phoenix. So I got a couple of things working against me. My belief is there wIll always be deals. You just have to find them. I recently listened to a couple of the bigger pockets podcasts and found some interesting and creative ways to find deals... Even in a dry market.

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie here on BP and wanted to introduce myself. For the past 15 years I've worked in retail management and I'm now looking to transition to real estate investing. I just recently moved to Phoenix Arizona after spending my entire life in the great state of Colorado! It was just too cold for me! As far as goals i definitely want to get into the rental market and will be looking for property soon. Eventually I want rehab properties full time. I look forward to meeting everyone in the forums!
