Hi Daniel, I am a newbie investor in the Sacramento area. Not very experienced, but looking to connect with local investors, as well. I, too, have some experience in real estate investing. I just finished my first flip, where I completed some of the rehab work myself and/or alongside a GC. I am currently living in this flip to avoid capital gains and I'm looking for my next property to rent or sell. Always looking to connect with local investors, agents, etc.

Any luck connecting with experienced investors?

Hi everyone, my name is Jesika. I recently decided to switch careers and dive into real estate investing in the greater Sacramento area. I am looking for someone that would like to hire an eager newbie. I do have a little bit of experience. My first flip, purchased all cash, is now finished and I’m looking to continue. I’ve completed a lot of work myself or alongside contractors. I’ve learned a tremendous amount through this process, but I’ve only scratched the surface. I would like to find part-time employment as I continue to venture into this world of investing/flipping. Rather than going back into healthcare, I am hoping to find something in this field. I know the knowledge and experience I would gain from working for an accomplished investor, flipper, agent, broker, etc., would be invaluable. I continue to learn daily from the many experts on Bigger Pockets. I am halfway through the courses for my own real estate license and I am very hungry to learn and grow as an investor myself.

The career I’m leaving behind is in behavioral health, as the State Clinical Director for a healthcare company. I am very detail oriented, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and maintain high standards for myself in anything I do. I pride myself in being able to adapt quickly and excel. I will carry that drive and determination into any opportunity I am given and welcome any leads!
