BP,

I am currently looking for a new acquisition manager in the phoenix metro area. I am looking for someone who has at least a year experience in real estate. You need to understand the process of wholesaling, negotiation, and basic construction knowledge. This position will be commission based and you will be going on appointments to negotiate with sellers  and get contracts for our company to fill our pipeline with fix n flips. Some of these deals may not fit our buying criteria and will be assigned out to other investors in our network. Please check out my profile and email me a Resume or PM me for more details.

Highest Cash Offer is looking for a Acquisition Manager in the Phoenix metro area. We are seeking someone who is self motivated and has experience in the wholesale industry. We are currently looking for someone who can go on appointments throughout the valley. We need someone to negotiate with sellers to get purchase contracts for our company to Fix N Flip or assign to other investors we work with in our network.

@Neil J. Do you have a website? If you do "Paid Per Click" aka PPC which you can do on google or bing. You pay the search engine to promote your site at the top of searches. Such as "sell my house fast New Jersey" ect... My company is pretty much online only and we stopped doing the mail almost a year ago. Our ROI is much higher spending our money online.

Make sure you have boots on the ground before you mail so you can have someone to go on appointments for you to either inspect the property or negotiate the deal for you @Hassan Muhammad

@Sean Dolan @Jonathan Taylor Smith thank you for all the feedback from both of you. I think we are willing to pay the premium for a DOT.com we found a few that cost anywhere from 2-3k that we also like. I want to grow this site to have a strong online present and a few thousand dollar in up front cost doesn't bother me much. I will let you guys know what we end up picking out.
