I appreciate the response, I’m stuck on analyzing and the high inventory makes me nervous. I am still going next month to get a feel for the place. I am hoping to get more information on the rents and locations.

I have family in San Antonio and will be visiting at the end of next month to look around. I see a lot of houses for sale and I am wondering is it a good market? What are the good areas and are the rents low? I know people have said stay away from the south east and these are some of the neighborhoods that are considered “good” but I feel like the numbers are not great in these areas. Thank you for any input
