I appreciate it guys.  I'll take care of that right now.  

We've been slammed this week, i'm out of the country for a week starting Friday. My team will still be diligently working. We're working on a 31 package deal and 3 other sfr properties at the moment. I expect to send out 4 turnkey properties by Thursday, and hopefully 2 SFR investment opportunities by the end of this week.

LOL  Yes, I'm traveling so much and out of the country now.  I have said talked with so many other investors here and have a bad habit of saying "to the states".  But yes, for you, lower 48!  @Dain Hungelmann
