Yes, this is how we send out our packages!  We do not piggy back of ANYONE!  anything we have I own or I'm direct.  I take whatever extra time it takes to make sure we do all of our work for you before we send anything out.

I'm very transparent and give the facts.  I do not sell deals I wouldn't buy.

As a matter of fact, this deal was under contract with one of my investors. Last second they decided to buy multiple houses and not pay all cash which meant another 2 week delay.  I dropped them and closed on the house myself.  But I like to give others the fair chance first as I have plenty of work to keep me busy.
