hello everyone,

So I'm in the process of acquiring a property through and agent on the MLS. (This is my first time dealing with an agent during a deal) . I made it very clear that I'm a wholesaler and he understood the process , so he accepted my offer but now he's telling me I need to show proof of funds in order to put the property under contact. Please help!

What do you guys suggest I do?

Hi guys,

I have been searching around for investor friendly* closing agents, but i figured the best way to find the best is by referral. A closing agent who deals with assignments and double closes on a frequent basis is a must.**

I am located in the NORTH NJ area and would greatly appreciate it if those in NJ could recommend me your title agent. Someone who has a proven track record to perform quickly and is INVESTOR FRIENDLY.

I'm currently in the process of getting my first deal under contract, so I'm in need of some help!

Thank you! Hope to hear from some of you!

Awesome. Thank you so much @Ibrahim Hughes for the quick responses! Very much appreciated.

I would love if you could accept my colleague request for any future questions and maybe even eventually connect in person.
