I am in my early 50's and I was flipping houses before the crash. I got caught with a high end home I was flipping that I was not able to sell. I ended up short selling, incurring all the debt and lost pretty much everything, almost my house.

My construction business almost went bankrupt and I fell into a deep depression. All the while I knew that real estate was the way to go. I am finally I'm a place to get into the game. It's never to late. I have learned a lot and I keep my self excited by continually educating myself. I just purchased a property where I will build apartments on and am currently looking for apartment complexes and houses to flip. I hope this helps and set goals for yourself and put timelines on these goals and start working. AMD enjoy the journey.
