Mine have been max'd all summer. August has two weekends open, but Sept is totally booked.

Travel out there....I would feel more comfortable seeing everything with my own eyes, on such a large investment. Consider it a cost of doing business. Factor the cost in underwriting.

Agree with all the above. Since you're so close to the lake, maybe different outdoor cooking options? An outdoor kitchen is a plus. Maybe several different BBQ pits, gas, charcoal, smoker. What about a pizza oven? Keep at it and ride it out.
